Everyone has many puzzle pieces to their life and fitness/healthy living is just one of many puzzle pieces. The puzzle piece gym is an in home and outside/nature based personal training program geared towards individuals wanting to reach their own individualistic fitness goals. I am a certified personal trainer and a certified therapeutic recreation specialist who has many years of experience in helping individuals become healthy and fit.
PERSONAL TRAINING
Personal training is done either in your home, at the local park, or at the local forest preserve.
Services
I offer individual and small group personal training for youth, teens, stay at home moms/dads, family group sessions, individuals with special needs such as autism, AD/HD, intellectual disabilities, and emotional disorders.
